Survey Question for the Gala

In RM10 for the past couple of days, we (RM10) have been working on a survey.
It's been a bumpy ride through out the way.
There was lots of problems in my group. (Grace, Flynn and Corban)
First we had to think of some survey questions but then we realised that you can't write a survey unless you have a product.
So of course, we thought of some ideas.
We ended up with a amazing idea (I would tell you but you have to come to the Gala on the 10 of November to find out.)

Why We Need To Make A Survey:

We need to make a survey so you can collect information on what people want or like. (Eg.What would you do with the product? or How much money do you usally spend at the Frankley School Gala?)

One Direction Concert!

On 13 of October, I went to the One Direction Concert in Auckland.
I went with my mum's friend Mel, her daughter Layla, my sister Jess and Mel's mum.
my favourite song they preformed was Teenage Dirt Bag.

One Direction!!!!!! (My heros!!!!!! And the best boy band in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

On Sunday the 15 of September, Ashlee, Katie (me), Siobhan and Alana are going to the 1D premiere and on the 13 of October I am going to the 1D Concert!!!!!!!!!

The Wellington Earthquake.

On the 21 July 2013 there was a Earthquake in Wellington.

The quake was measured at 6.5.

 The earthquake struck at 5:09 pm.

Four people were injured in the quake, which lasted for 20 seconds, blowing out windows, cracking concrete and swaying buildings.

Only minor injuries were reported though.

My Taonga (owl necklace)

My Taonga is very special to me. It is like a pirate, finding some dazzling rare treasure.

It's my twinkling Owl necklace.

The peacock feathers on the owl are as sort as cat's fur.

The dark, black eyes gleam in the sunshine.

I saw it sitting on the shelf, holding it's breath.

And from this day on it has been my Taonga. 

Putorino (Maori Flute)

We thought that the Putorino was VERY fascinating.

 

So we decided to do some research on it.This is our report on a Putorino which is a Maori Flute.

 

A Putorino is a Maori instrument. Now a day we would call the Putorino a Flute.

 The Putorino is a wooden wind instrument or bugle-flute made from two split pieces hollowed and bound together.

This was a report about a Putorino by Shinaye and Katie.
