Shinaye bought 4 t-shirts from the one direction concert one for Katie and one for Siobhan and one for Ashlee and one for her! They normally cost $20 each but I got a special deal of 4 t-shirts for $25.50.
How much did Shinaye save???

The Sign Of A Warrior
"I think the book is very descriptive and I love how the author made me feel like I was right there at that moment" PJ and Shinaye.
My Taonga Story
My Taonga is my pet cat Meela.
My mum got my cat for me for my birthday.
Meela is very special to me because she comforts me and she makes me feel safe.
Meela's colours are quite different to most cats. She has a mixture of colours. Meela is a tortoise shell with ginger, black and white.
When she was little she didn't have as much ginger, but now she's really starting to show more ginger in her.
I have a responsibility now and I'm proud of it. I love caring for my cat. She is the best pet anyone can have.

Putorino (Maori Flute)
Putorino
We read a story called Tama's Putorino.
We thought that the Putorino was VERY fascinating.
So we decided to do some research on it.This is our report on a Putorino which is a Maori Flute.
A Putorino is a Maori instrument. Now a day we would call the Putorino a Flute.
The Putorino is a wooden wind instrument or bugle-flute made from two split pieces hollowed and bound together.
This was a report about a Putorino by Shinaye and Katie.
